License to Sell Firearms
INSTRUCTIONS FOR LICENSE TO SELL FIREARMS
Complete application SP 4-128 (4-2019) in its entirety, sign, and date.DOWNLOAD PDF FORM
Include the following items with your completed application:
- A copy of each owner’s driver’s license
- A copy of your federal firearms license
- A copy of your sales tax license
- Employer Identification Number
- Name of Police Department that covers the area where the business is located
- $30.00 check made payable to the Wyoming County Sheriff
- Returned checks will be charged an $18.00 bank fee and $30.00 Sheriff’s office fee payable by money order only.
The completed application and required documents may be mailed to:

You may also bring the application and required documents to the Sheriff’s office. An appointment is preferred as the license must be signed personally by the Sheriff.
